Do you setup the rental gear?

Yes of course! We Deliver, Setup and Pickup all items

Can we add additional rental items after first reservation?

Yes, we can always add additional items while your trip gets closer. We understand that plans change especially with little ones

What is your cancellation policy?

Once a reservation is booked and paid for we allow cancellations up to 30 days before your reservations begins for a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 30 days of you reservation starting, we offer rentals credits that can be used for future bookings with us! 

How much inventory do you guys have?

We have a lot! During our busy seasons (Winter and Summer) we sometimes run low. Once your order is placed, that inventory is locked in for your stay

Can we deliver before your arrival to your property?

Absolutely, and we do this for most of our guests. We'll be in contact with the details

What happens if gear becomes damaged while renting?

We're very understanding and have seen lots of things happen over the past 10 years. We'll work with you to come up with a fair solution for all parties.
