Do you setup the rental gear?
Yes of course! We Deliver, Setup and Pickup all items
Can we add additional rental items after first reservation?
Yes, we can always add additional items while your trip gets closer. We understand that plans change especially with little ones
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a reservation is booked and paid for we unfortunately cannot offer refunds but CAN offer a rental credit to apply to your next order with us for your future visit
Can we deliver before your arrival to your property?
Absolutely, and we do this for most of our guests. We'll be in contact with the details
What happens if gear becomes damaged while renting?
We're very understanding and have seen lots of things happen over the past 10 years. We'll work with you to come up with a fair solution for all parties.
